This page contains our terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from Blooming Dreamer. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Delivery
- Blooming Dreamer requires a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for the purchased goods passes to the Customer. The goods are the responsibility of the recipient from the time they are delivered to the address given.
We will not be liable for delays caused to your shipment in events outside of our control, including postal strikes and delays that can occur through customs.
Vat and Taxes
- All customs duties, taxes or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Blooming Dreamer is required to accurately declare the value of international orders on the relevant customs forms and on the indicated packing slip.
- Occasionally, customs delays do occur. The amount and types of duties, as well as other customs information, can be obtained by contacting your local post office.
- Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
Order Cancelation
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the Customer Card has been authorised. If the Customer Card has already been authorised for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.
At the event of when a product is sold out, Blooming Dreamer has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid to the original method of payment.
Payment
- All products remain Blooming Dreamer property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised before confirming the purchase.
All transactions on the website are processed using Stripe or Paypal, both secure online payment systems to guarantee your protection.
Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
The customer agrees that Blooming Dreamer or any third-party vendors utilised by Blooming Dreamer in connection with the processing of online payments may use any information provided by the Customer in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Any information that the Customer provides may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.

Personal Information
- The personal data you provide Blooming Dreamer will be used to allowing the Customer to set up an account and/or to purchase Products from the website, to provide offers and information on our newsletter. The Information might be shared with third parties as provided for in the Privacy Policy.
In creating a Blooming Dreamer account, the Customer authorises Blooming Dreamer to store their name and email. All other requests for personal data are optional.
In accordance with Personal Privacy Protection laws, in regard to information technology, files and rights, the Customer shall have the right to access, change, correct and delete personal data as provided in the Privacy Policy.
We are not accountable and may not be held liable in the event of loss, communication to a third party or fraudulent uses of login details.
You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Blooming Dreamer to delete or correct the information held about you.
Additional Information
- Blooming Dreamer reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice.
