All items will ship from London UK. Your order will be shipped within 3 working days. If you need your order quickly, please email us for a quote for expedited shipping: email@example.com
Once completed your order will be shipped out within 3-5 working days via Royal Mail 1st class signed for. Please allow 1-3 business days for Blooming Dreamer to ship your order and 3-5 business days to receive your order.
Once your order is shipped you'll receive an email with tracking information.
All international orders are shipped DHL international express, which includes tracking & delivery confirmation. In most cases, DHL Priority express takes 10-12 business days to arrive once shipped (shipping may take longer to some countries so please be patient)
After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or holidays.
All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Blooming Dreamer is required to accurately declare the value of all international orders on the relevant customs forms and on the included packing slip. Occasionally, customs delays do occur. The amount and types of duties, as well as other customs information, can be obtained by contacting a local post office.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order where we will issue you with a returns number and returns address. The buyer is responsible for shipping their return within 7 days of receiving their returns number. Any items shipped after that will be accepted at our discretion. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Clothing must be returned unworn, unwashed and in a resalable condition with original tags attached.
- Shoes must be returned unworn and in their original condition, including the box and shoe bag (if applicable).
- Jewellery and accessories must be returned unworn and in the original packaging.
- Vintage items are FINAL SALE ONLY.
Sale items are eligible for a store credit only.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the items back. Blooming Dreamer is not responsible for any return shipping costs or customs and duties reimbursement. We recommend you send back any returns using a signed for postal service.
Once we have received your return, it will be processed as quickly as possible. Please allow 7 days from the date of your return being processed for the refund to credit your original method of payment.
Blooming Dreamer reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements.
