Once completed your order will be shipped out within 3-5 working days via DHL Priority mail. Please allow 1-2 business days for Blooming Dreamer to ship your order and 3-5 business days to receive your order.

Once your order is shipped you'll receive an email with tracking information.

 International shipping

All international orders are shipped DHL international express, which includes tracking & delivery confirmation. In most cases, DHL Priority express takes 10-12 business days to arrive once shipped (shipping may take longer to some countries so please be patient)
After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or holidays.
All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Blooming Dreamer is required to accurately declare the value of all international orders on the relevant customs forms and on the included packing slip. Occasionally, customs delays do occur. The amount and types of duties, as well as other customs information, can be obtained by contacting a local post office.


If you're not happy with your recent purchase, you may return it to our returns department within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund, minus original shipping charges. Item(s) must be returned in original condition with all tags attached. We do not accept merchandise returned with signs of wear, damage, alteration or without tags. Any item(s) returned after 14 days will be sent back to the sender. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to show up in your account. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.

Please send all items through a reliable tracking method we are not held responsible for any items getting lost in the post. Your original postage nor your returns postage will be refunded.
