International shipping:All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Blooming Dreamer is required to accurately declare the value of all international orders on the relevant customs forms and on the included packing slip. Occasionally, customs delays do occur. The amount and types of duties, as well as other customs information, can be obtained by contacting a local post office.
- All international orders are shipped DHL Priority International, a mid-priced shipping method which includes basic tracking, delivery confirmation, and insurance. In most cases, DHL Priority International takes 3-5 business days to arrive once shipped.
- If you would like expedited international shipping, we are happy to make that happen - please email prior to placing your order and will add the expedited shipping rate to your purchase.
We understand ordering online can be difficult. That's why we are happy to offer complimentary exchanges.
How to exchange an item:
1: Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with EXCHANGE in the subject line let us know what item you would like to exchange. We cannot except exchanges without contacting us first.
2: We will send you a prepaid DHL returns shipping label which you will then need to stick to the carefully re-packaged item and ship it back to us for free.
3: Any items that we deem used or damaged will not be exchanged and sent back to you.
4: Once we have received your item we will send your new item out within 3 business days for free. You will then receive shipping conformation and a tracking number.
All exchanges must be made within 14 days of shipment. We will not be able to exchange your item after 14 days.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order and would not like an exchange we are always happy to offer complimentary returns for store credit only.How to Return an Item:
- Send an email to email@example.com with “Return” in the subject line.
Note - We cannot accept returns sent to us without contacting us first.
- Once we send you the prepaid, DHL Return Shipping Label, carefully re-pack the item you'd wish to exchange and mail back to us for free.
Please ONLY return items in unworn and unused condition.
- Once the return item is received and inspected we will issue you a store credit code for the purchase amount minus original shipping costs. Store credits are valid for one year from the date they are issued.
All returns must be made within 14 days of shipment. We will not be able to accept returns after 14 days.
- We reserve the right to refuse the return of washed, worn, and damaged items, or any item returned after 14 days from original shipment.
- Blooming Dreamer does not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages.
- All sale and vintage pieces are Final Sale. Final Sale items may not be returned or exchanged
- Original shipping charges are not refundable.
